- Last night was a long night. We were together in the meeting until around 1:00 A.M.

- Interviewer: President of Real Madrid and the Super League? No, the President of Real Madrid is fine.

- I am quite sad and disappointed. We have been working on this Super League project for 3 years, to fight against the economic problems we were going through.

- The format of the Champions League is obsolete, and people only become interested at the quarter-final.

- Among the 12 teams, we lost a total of €650M last season. This season, that number will double or triple. The current format clearly does not work.

- Among the 12 teams, we have about 2 billion fans around the world, half the total of football fans in the world.

- I have never seen such aggression from the Presidents of UEFA and La Liga. It seemed planned.

- All the threats, insults.. It was as if we had killed football! Football must be saved.

- One of the 6 Premier League clubs did not have much of an interest in the Super League, and that began to wear off on the others. They were never convinced of the project.

- It is very easy to understand, the League is untouchable. The time that you need to get money is during the week. This format clearly does not work.

- If this project didn't work, another one will. Remember: All the 12 clubs signed a legally binding contract.

- The Super League project was viable without the German and French teams, for sure.

- We didn't promise anything to Bayern and PSG. That rumor is false.

- I think that we did not present the project well, but we were not given an opportunity to explain it well. They have not given us the opportunity because they did not want to.

- It can't be La Liga where the teams at the top lose money and the other teams win money.

- The Super League project is on stand-by, this I can confirm.

- Juventus and A.C. Milan have not left the Super League.

- The English teams left because of the hostile atmosphere. UEFA have put on a display that has surprised me. We asked to speak to the UEFA President, and it was as if we had dropped an atomic bomb.

- Young people no longer watch football. 40% of 16-24 year olds do NOT watch football.

- 4 teams from each country can enter the Super League.

- I'm not alone. I've talked to Juventus 3 times today, I am not alone.



Fällt mir teilweise echt nichts zu ein...
 
  • I, who am not a fool, have NOT understood the new UCL format.

  • There have to be TOP level matches from the first match.

  • I think that the Super League is a project that we do not need to be insulted for. We have had to undergo precautionary measures to protect ourselves, and the Judge has said that it is all legal.

  • You can't get out of the Super League just like that. The contracts that all 12 clubs signed were legally binding.

  • There are games that nobody watches, it is hard for me to watch them. From Spain, England and Italy.

  • The only way to have income is to have a competition that generates a lot of income, but prevents the rich from getting richer.

  • Real Madrid is rich in trophies. I do not earn a penny. The president of La Liga and UEFA have salaries.

  • We do not fear acts of retaliation from UEFA.

  • It's impossible to make signings like Mbappé and Haaland in general - not only for Real Madrid without the Super League.

  • We would not change anything in regards to the way we announced the Super League. We had prepared for each person to speak. It didn't happen, because with extreme hostility, they killed us.

  • I didn't say that we would not sign Mbappé, thats for next season.

  • Many people have congratulated me and have told me to move on.




    Also am besten alle kleinen Vereine abschaffen, will doch eh keiner sehen den Mist...

Für was soll er sich entschuldigen? Ich finde es gut das er sich gegen die Uefa und Fifa stellt. Das Projekt Super League ist sehr interessant, nur die Umsetzung hätte man besser machen müssen (sportliche Qualifikation, Auf und Abstieg usw..). Die CL Reform ist nichts anderes... mehr spiele, mehr Geld. Das meiste behält die Uefa aber für sich. Warum sagt da keiner was? Warum steht keiner bei Fifas etliche Skandalen auf?
 
Leider passiert genau das, was ich befürchtet habe, Perez hat absolut rein gar nix begriffen und macht sich noch weiter lächerlich. In der Form ist er wirklich nicht mehr tragbar.

Die Gedanken hinter der SL sind nicht alle grundlegend falsch, aber die Art und Weise, wie man das Ganze aufgegleist und verkündet hat, ist ein einziges PR Desaster und ohne die Mehrheit der kleinen Klubs und ihrer Fans kommst du halt am Ende nicht durch, als selbsternannte Möchtegern Elite schon gar nicht.

Dass die UEFA das meiste für sich behält, stimmt nicht. Mehr als 90% der Einnahmen werden an die Vereine verteilt. Was Perez wirklich damit sagen will: Die kleinen Vereine sollen weniger vom Kuchen abbekommen, weil die großen Vereine sonst nicht mehr überleben können.

Das Ding ist, einerseits sagt er, dass wir ohne SL keinen Mbappé oder Haaland verpflichten können. Anschließend sagt er allerdings, dass eine Verpflichtung von Mbappé in der nächsten Saison nicht ausgeschlossen ist. Er weiß selbst nicht mehr, was er da erzählt.

Wahnsinn, diese Aussage. Ich habe echt gehofft er bekommt irgendwie die Kurve, aber er schafft es leider nicht.

Und warum wollte die Uefa das Startbudget auf 4,5 Milliarden , das in Zukunft auf 7 Milliarden Euro angehoben werden kann hoch schrauben? Musste dafür ein Super League her bevor sie aufwachen? Sorry, aber ich werde mich niemals auf die Seite von der Uefa und Fifa schlagen. Das sind Schwerverbrecher!!!

Warum wird kritische Betrachtung der SL und Perez' Auftreten hier eigentlich automatisch mit pro UEFA und FIFA gleichgesetzt? Sind beides korrupte Drecksvereine und ich habe hier sehr wenige gesehen, die dem widersprechen würden. Perez ist aber weiss Gott auch kein Heiliger, so wie er sich gerade aufführt schon gar nicht. Er hat den Bezug zur Basis und zur Realität (pun intended) verloren.

Ich denke ein organisierter Protest gegen jene Verbände mit Einbezug einer Alternative hätte durchaus funktionieren können, aber halt nicht, wenn du das Ganze so amateurhaft und elitär aufgleist.

Perez aufstand ist eindeutig gegen die Uefa und Fifa gerichtet. Und das muss man loben. Endlich traut sich mal einer. Das die Super League billig präsentiert wurde, da sind wir uns alle einig.

Aus meiner Sicht bekämpfen sich hier halt vor allem 2 verschiedene Seiten derselben Medaille, weshalb es mir schwer fällt, mich auf eine Seite zu schlagen. Einer Mehrheit der Spieler und Fans ist mit beiden Modellen sicher nicht geholfen.

Junge Junge jetzt spinnt er wirklich komplett...

Nach seinen Worten, können wir uns also Verpflichtungen ala Mbappe oder Haaland im Sommer erstmal abschminken, zu groß sind die Corona bedingten Einbußen. Das muss man akzeptieren und eben noch ein Jahr mit seinen vorhandenen Möglichkeiten wuchern.

Dann erwünsche ich mir aber konsequentes handeln, Ödegaard/Blanco für Isco und Gutierrez für Marcelo. Mariano muss wechseln und auch wenn Jovic langfristig nicht das Potential für die bei uns benötigte Weltklasse haben sollte, erwarte ich vom Trainer, dass er aus ihm einen verlässlichen 10-15 Tore Benzema Ersatz formt. Bale muss weg, egal ob ihn ein Verein behält, verpflichtet oder Madrid ihn ausbezahlen muss, der Abschied muss her. Wenn Varane unbedingt wechseln will, ich zünde eine Kerze das er bleibt, benötigen wir trotz Alaba/Militao/Nacho noch einen vom Kaliber Kounde/Torres, mit Varanes Ablösesumme sollte man dort agieren können.
Die jungen Spieler werden weiter wachsen, wenn Gott will erscheint uns vielleicht Hazard doch noch und 2022 sieht die Situation dann hoffentlich wieder anders aus und man kann sich Karims Nachfolge widmen. Scheiss Corona...
 
Fassen wir zusammen:

- Real praktisch pleite oder zumindest stark angeschlagen, weil man sich mit Krediten für das Stadion übernommen hat und Corona, damit Mbappe usw. erst mal weit weg
- Ramos raus, Alaba für 20 Mio rein
- Varane will weg, und kann es auch
- Super League in 2 Tagen vernichtet, wir sind die Lachnummer und der Buhmann der Fussballwelt, mehr den je
- Perez hat jeglichen Sinn für Realität verloren

AUTSCH, darauf erst mal nen Hochprozentigen :alcoholic:

Oder Perez labbert geballte Scheisse, so recht weiss ich das nicht mehr...

Auch wenn es als Spass gemeint war, er verstrickt sich zunehmend in Widersprüche, was seiner Glaubwürdigkeit, soweit überhaupt noch vorhanden, auch noch den letzten Funken Vertrauen nimmt.

Auf mich wirkt das echt so, als hätte er sich irgend eine gedankliche Parallelwelt aufgebaut, mit dem er nun um jeden Preis "seine" SL rechtfertigen und durchboxen will.

  • We have already reached an agreement with Luka Modrić, his contract will be renewed. We reached an agreement a long time ago.

  • I don't know why Sergio Ramos hasn't renewed his contract. We have spoken many times. I love Sergio like a son, but the situation is what it is.

  • Bayern Munich and PSG joining the Super League was never guaranteed, even though I wanted them to be included.


Also man hätte sich ja viele schlimme Interviews vorstellen können, aber das hat meine schon nicht ganz so optimistischen Erwartungen noch einmal deutlich unterboten.
